We offer moving services for local and long-distance moves, commercial and residential moving, and moving and storage solutions. Our services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment, depending on the agreement. Payment is due before or on the day of service. We accept payments via credit/debit cards, checks, and other methods as agreed upon.
Cancellation of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed based on the terms of the booking agreement.
Palatka Movers is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, traffic, or accidents. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items.
Insurance options are available for your items during the move. The standard insurance covers damages up to a certain amount. If you wish to have additional coverage, please inform us before the move date.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all items are properly packed, secured, and ready for transport. Palatka Movers is not responsible for damage to improperly packed or unsecured items.
We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or perishable items. A complete list of prohibited items will be provided upon request or during the booking process.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be handled in accordance with Florida law.
